General Manager
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max. 40 years old
- Has experience in a similar role as Villa Manager, Resort Manager or General Manager at least 3 years
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and ownership
- Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality standards
- Proficiency in hotel management systems, administration and financial reporting
- English proficiency in both written & spoken
- Familiar with Power Pro System
- Able to join immediately
