AlamKulKul Boutique Resort is a boutique resort and villas with a strategic location in front of legian beach.
We are looking for young, energetic, and professional candidate employee to join our ever growing teams for the position as:
- Chief Engineering
- Human Resources Manager
- Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Cluster Human Resources Manager
General requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position (1-3)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in the hospitality industry (4)
- Proven experience in a managerial or cluster-level HR role (4)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field(Master’s degree is a plus)
- Strong knownledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
- Well groomed, good personality, and good attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also strong in leadership skills
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Able to join immediately
