ROYAL CASA GANESHA RESORT & SPA looking candidate for :

  1. GUEST RELATIONS AGENT (GSA)
  2. STAFF COOK
  3. WAITER (DAILY WORKER)

General Qualifications :

  1. Guest Relations Agent (GSA)
  • Male
  • 20 – 35 years old
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality background preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written), additional language is a plus.
  • Have a driving skill (manual & matic) and driving license (SIM A)
  • Well-groomed, polite, and friendly personality.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email, and reservation systems).
  • Ability to work in a team and handle guest complaints professionally.
  • Willing to work in shifts
  1. Cook
  • Male
  • 20 – 30 years old
  • Minimum high school diploma or culinary school graduate.
  • Proven experience as a cook or relevant role in hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain quality.
  • Creative and able to prepare a variety of dishes according to hotel standards.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  1. Daily Worker Waiter
  • Male
  • 19 – 30 years old
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills in English, additional language is a plus.
  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and well-groomed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedules.
