General Requirements (1,2,3) :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (hospitality, customer service, or guest relations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of service etiquette and guest handling.
- Ability to work under supervision and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
General Requirements (4) :
- Educational background in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or other related technical fields.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on a daily worker basis with flexible schedule.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and high sense of responsibility.
