Glamp Nusa is a stunning clifftop resort located on the southeastern coast of Bali, featuring 40 luxury tented villas. Situated just 20 minutes from the airport in Sawangan, Nusa Dua, we are currently seeking a potential candidate to join our team in the following position:
Daily Worker
- Chef De Partie Pastry
- Bartender
- Waiter
- DW Casual Food & Beverage Service

General Qualifications for Chef De Partie Pastry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Pastry section) within a hotel or restaurant industry.
- Good knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert preparation techniques.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pastry presentation.
- A team player with good communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Displays a positive attitude, discipline, and high commitment to work quality.
General Qualifications for Bartender
- Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
- Minimal 1 year experience in similar position
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Understand basic bartending techniques such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering.
- Ability to mix various types of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages).
- Have a bartending certification or related training.
- Understand food and beverage safety standards.
General Qualifications for Waiter
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Relevant educational background (diploma or degree)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (in English)
- Ability to create a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality
- Open-minded, well-organized, and result-oriented
- Efficient time management skills
- An experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate individual.
General Qualifications for DW Casual Food & Beverage Service
- Have basic knowledge of F&B service (table service, buffet, banquet, etc.).
- Possess basic skills in handling trays, menu knowledge, and table setting.
- Experience in F&B service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in basic English (at least for service communication).
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Disciplined, honest, responsible, and proactive.
