HHRMA Hotel Bali – Titik Dua
Titik Dua, an independent boutique hotel in Peliatan Village-Ubud, is looking for a dynamic candidate to fill available position as below:
- Operations Manager
- Front Office Manager
- Chief Engineer
- Reservation
- Retail Attendant
- Steward – Daily Worker
- Security – Daily Worker
- Engineering – Daily Worker
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry. (1)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee multiple departments, such as Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, and Back Office operations. (1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within boutique luxury, design-led hotels or lifestyle-oriented properties. (2)
- A passion for service excellence rooted in empathy, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of guest needs. (2)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within hotel engineering or building services, ideally in the hospitality or lifestyle sector. (3)
- Proven ability to oversee, maintain, and continuously improve a wide range of building systems related to guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. (3)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry. (4)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry (5-8)
- Guest-oriented and Service-minded (4-5)
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems, particularly VHP, is an advantage (4-5)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment. (4-5)
- Knowledge of consignment, inventory management, and retail administration is preferred (5)
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment including the use of cleaning chemicals and tools. (6)
- Proficiency in operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing techniques for delicate items. (6)
- Certified Gada Pratama (7)
- Strong observational and surveillance skills (7)
- Good presentation skills and confidence (7)
- Knowledge of basic civil engineering tasks (8)
- Proficiency in operating construction tools and equipment (8)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (1-8)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment (1-8)
- Honest, a team player, has positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, agile, and hard worker (1-8)
