Human Resources Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in handling recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work both strategically and operationally
- Detail-oriented professional and high integrity
