Amaris Sunset Road Kuta Bali by Santika are Currently Looking for Passionate and motivated individual for the position of :
- HR Supervisor
- HR Coordinator
- HR Admin
With the requirement:
- A confident user of at least one HR System
- Experience in HR & General Affais field minim 1 Years
- Experience to maintain External Relationship with Government, Kepala Adat and other parties
- Energic, Smart, Intellegent, Good Communicator
- Is able to use English fluently in written, oral and professional speech
- Can use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Office, Powerpoint, Google sheets, Zoom, Trello, etc.
- Prossession oof affective negotiations skills, the ability to build long term relationship with the Employee
- Have a good organizational skills and time managemen skills
- Deeply knowledge with BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
