General Requirements:

For FB Sales Manager/Restaurant Sales Manager

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B/Restaurant/Hospitality Sales.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of restaurant promotions, dining trends, and event/banquet sales.
  • Able to handle client inquiries, conduct field sales, and build partnerships.
  • Good coordination with F&B Service, Kitchen, and Marketing teams.

For Chief Engineering

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in PABX, LAN, POS & PMS Interface.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety systems, and general hotel maintenance.
  • Capable of managing preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of engineering supplies.
  • Ensures compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies.

For Accounting Administration

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; admin/purchasing/storekeeping experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, document management, and able to operate accounting systems.
  • Basic understanding of purchasing, receiving, and bookkeeping processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain proper filing.
  • Able to support AR billing, purchase recap, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
