- GRO Staff ( Guest relation Officer )
- Marketing ADM
- Engineering ( Training )
Your position responsible is to help to oversee all aspects of the Hotel facility area good as standard and ready to use, Yoga and Wellness department activities, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Qualifications :
- Female ( 1 GRO )
- Experience in a similar position (1,2,3)
- Should be a customer oriented individual with good knowledge of hospitality industry(1)
- Having the ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations (1,2)
- Open minded and fully welcome to give the best service to guests with many different cultures and countries. (1)
- Proficiency in English (oral & written) (1)
- Having another language will be an advantage. (1)
- Energic, creative, innovative well. (1,2)
- Exceptional time-management skills (1,2)
- Basic graphic design (using Canva or similar tools) (2)
- Assist in preparing promotional materials (flyers, brochures, presentations) (2)
- Simple video & graphic content material editing for social media content
Working days: 8 Hrs – 6 Days – 1 Day off
