Kala Surf Hotel is a boutique surf retreat located in the heart of Uluwatu, Bali. Surrounded by waves, cliffs, and tropical nature, we offer a dynamic and purpose-driven work environment with a focus on community, creativity, and guest experience.
We are looking for Receptionists to join our Front Office team and be the first point of contact for our guests. This role requires someone who is professional, warm, and attentive, able to provide excellent guest service while managing daily front desk operations smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain front desk systems, records, and reports accurately
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-groomed, and guest-oriented attitude
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using booking systems and Microsoft Office
- A positive, flexible mindset and ability to work well in a team
- Interest in surf, skate, or art culture is a bonus
