iRINI Villas, Benoa Bali, a well-established villa in Benoa – Bali, is looking for:

Qualifications:
- Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.
- Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.
- English speaking and writing would be preferable.
- Open minded and can work in a team.
Position-Specific Qualifications:
Area Villa Manager
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably as a Villa Manager or in a similar leadership role within luxury villa operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple villas, while being detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities across different properties.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping standards, property maintenance, and guest service operations.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out processes, and address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, villa owner, staff, and management.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges with professionalism, tact, and effective problem-solving.
- Skilled in coordinating with external vendors and service providers to maintain property standards.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high service quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records related to maintenance, repairs, and service requests
- Prepare and submit monthly operational and inventory reports to management as part of routine reporting.
Social Media Specialist
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in the hospitality or villa/resort industry.
- Strong creative skills in developing engaging content, including photography, videography, content planning, and editing for various social media platforms.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to trends, ensuring content resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
- Skilled in using social media analytics tools to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
- Has the ability to set up, manage, and optimize social media ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends, continuously innovating and experimenting with new social media strategies and content formats.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry changes, and competitor activities, recommending new approaches to enhance online presence.
- English proficiency would be preferable.
- Open-minded and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Perfomance Marketing
- 2-3 years proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Hospitality or property industry experience is a must.
- Knowledge of TikTok Ads is highly preferable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and tracking tools.
- Ability to create and interpret performance dashboards and reports.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to work with design/content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to drive leads, bookings, and brand awareness, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools, focusing on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPL.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring spending stays within allocation while maximizing results.
- Collaborate with Senior Digital Marketing, Sales, Reservations, and Creative teams to develop strategies and support promotional campaigns for seasonal offers, property launches, and special packages.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, competitor strategies, and explore new opportunities in emerging platforms and ad formats relevant to the hospitality and property industry.
Maintenance (Handyman)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in villa, hotel, or property maintenance (plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, carpentry, or general handyman work), with strong technical skills in installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Capable of performing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure all villa facilities (rooms, bathrooms, pools, garden, and common areas) are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Physically fit, reliable, flexible for emergency calls, able to work independently or in a team, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in villa operations.
Housekeeping
- Minimum 1 year of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality housekeeping with good knowledge of cleaning techniques and guest service.
- Skilled in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of villas, including preparing rooms, handling amenities, and ensuring guest comfort.
- Attentive in monitoring villa conditions and promptly reporting any issues or irregularities to the leader or supervisor.
- May be assigned to work at our villa located in the Kuta Selatan area.
