VILLA SUPERVISOR
Responsibility
- Manage guests and tenants needs
- Coordinate and manage vendors for villa maintenance and repairs
- Manage villa condition and inventory check list
- Manage operation staff for villa unit
- Petty cash report and weekly/monthly report
Requirements
- Discipline, detail oriented and responsible
- Fluent in English, good communication skills
- Prior experience as villa supervisor
- Can operate microsoft excel and word
- Able to drive car is prefered
