Amarta Retreat is currently looking for potential candidates to be our team member with relevant skills and experience as the following position:
- Sales Manager (F&B & Wellness)
- Minimum of a Diploma (D1) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the sales
- Experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) and/or Wellness industry is a strong
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, administrative processes, and sales
- Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Restaurant Manager
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including service standards, hygiene, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, team management and customer service skills.
- Proficient in handling POS systems, reservations, and daily reports.
- Skilled in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer complaints
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
- Social Media Executive
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Proven ability to boost brand engagement and drive conversions through social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Skilled in creating engaging content (text, images, and video) tailored for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Mixologist
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field; bartending/mixology certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Skilled in creating signature and customized drinks.
- Familiar with alcohol safety standards and responsible service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments and manage time well.
- Well-presented, team-oriented, and passionate about guest experience.
- Front Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Reservation knowledge and familiar with VHP system
- Ability to work with different groups of people
- Multitasking abilities
- Efficient time management skills
- Male candidates preferred
- Willing to work night shifts
- Ability to drive (valid driver’s license preferred)
- Waiter/Waitress
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, in villa/hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (both spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced yet personalized service environment
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail service
- Professional appearance, grooming, and hygiene
- Familiar with villa service etiquette and able to provide personalized guest experience
- Laundry Attendant
- Previous experience as Laundry Attendant, Housekeeping, or similar role in villa/hospitality industry
- Knowledge of laundry procedures, stain removal, and fabric care for both linen and guest clothing
- Ability to operate laundry equipment
- Good physical stamina to stand, lift, and move laundry loads throughout the shift
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Professional grooming, hygiene, and service-oriented attitude suitable for villa environment
