General Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in front office or guest services, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of front office operations, reservation systems and standard hotel procedures
- Able to handle guest complaints effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Looking For, Daily Worker:
- DW Engineering
- DW Butler (Front Office)
General Qualifications:
- English is required and other languages are an asset,
- Relevant experience is required,
- Attention to detail oriented,
- Excellent communication skill and great interpersonal,
- Able to join immediately,
- Willing to be place in Lodtunduh, Ubud.
