Le Bleu by K Club (Nusa Dua) is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Head to lead our human resources department. As the HR Head, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement, organizational growth, and cultural excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company’s growth and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement processes.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and development.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable rewards for our employees.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

Requirements:

  • Reside in Bali
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader in hospitality and restaurant in Bali.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to inform HR strategies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
