Head Chef (Staff)
Job Description:
- Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations.
- Plan and execute menus according to quality and cost standards.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP).
- Manage inventory, food cost, and waste efficiently.
- Train and motivate kitchen team members.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, 2 years in leadership role.
- Strong culinary and creative skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
Waiter/s (Daily Worker)
Job Description:
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining area.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neat appearance and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Bell Driver (Daily Worker)
Job Description:
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Drive guests safely to and from designated destinations.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of hotel vehicles.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Support front office operations when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Valid driving license (SIM A).
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Neat appearance and courteous personality.
- Able to handle guest luggage with care.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
Pastry Cook (Daily Worker)
Job Description:
- Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
- Ensure consistent quality, portion, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pastry section.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Support the Head Chef in menu creation and new recipes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of pastry or bakery experience.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Cook (Daily Worker)
Job Description:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Assist in food preparation, storage, and inventory control.
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during service operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and hygiene awareness.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
