Head Chef (Staff)

Job Description:

  1. Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations.
  2. Plan and execute menus according to quality and cost standards.
  3. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP).
  4. Manage inventory, food cost, and waste efficiently.
  5. Train and motivate kitchen team members.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, 2 years in leadership role.
  3. Strong culinary and creative skills.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  5. Knowledge of local and international cuisine.

Waiter/s (Daily Worker)

Job Description:

  1. Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
  2. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of dining area.
  3. Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
  4. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  5. Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  2. Experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Neat appearance and service-oriented attitude.
  5. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Bell Driver (Daily Worker)

Job Description:

  1. Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
  2. Drive guests safely to and from designated destinations.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of hotel vehicles.
  4. Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  5. Support front office operations when needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Valid driving license (SIM A).
  2. Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
  3. Neat appearance and courteous personality.
  4. Able to handle guest luggage with care.
  5. Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.

Pastry Cook (Daily Worker)

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
  2. Ensure consistent quality, portion, and presentation.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the pastry section.
  4. Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  5. Support the Head Chef in menu creation and new recipes.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of pastry or bakery experience.
  2. Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation.
  3. Attention to detail and creativity.
  4. Able to work efficiently under pressure.
  5. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Cook (Daily Worker)

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  2. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel expectations.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  4. Assist in food preparation, storage, and inventory control.
  5. Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during service operations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  2. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  3. Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  4. Good teamwork, discipline, and hygiene awareness.
  5. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
