Istana Semer is a private luxury villa in Kerobokan, managed by Secluded Bali Villas. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SENIOR COOK to join us. This role requires strong culinary expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the food and beverage production process in the kitchen.
- Prepare food ingredients for the cooking process with quality and quantity according to demand.
- Check the quality and presentation of food according to standards.
- Responsible for maintaining the kitchen area and cooking equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in similar position.
- Confident and proficient in preparing a wide variety of Indonesian / Western / Asian dishes.
- Good leadership & performed high standard, knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
- Multitasking and organizational ability.
- Outgoing personality, ability to work well in a team.
- Able to join immediately.
