Basic Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in the same role
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience In hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiar with VHP system, Windows, Google Workspace, Vingcard, PABX, Server Virtualization, and basic networking (Lan/Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
- Able to provide technical support to staff and maintain IT systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of CCTV, and server administration is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Responsible proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- A person with Dynamic, Self-motivated, Friendly, Team Spirit, target oriented, and able to work under preassure for position
