MERCURE BALI LEGIAN, strategically located in Legian area, popular tourist destination close to Kuta & Legian beach, urgently looking for potential candidate as:
- CHIEF ENGINEERING
- LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
About Role of CHIEF ENGINEERING :
- Directs and coordinates overall activities of the Engineering Department
- Carry out an establish work about the installation, building, special project events and green initiatives
- Organizing, monitoring, and controlling departmental budgets without compromising quality.
About Role of LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE :
- Controlling, coordinating, and participating in training activities such as the administration of labor and employee relations
- Analyzes training needs in the hotel, development needs and managing the training function of the company.
Your Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position for Chief Engineering. ( 1 )
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position for Learning & Development Executive. ( 2 )
- Bachelor of science, diploma or college degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering preferred ( 1 )
- Good communication and having leadership skills to manage a multi-skilled team. ( 1 & 2 )
- Fluent in English (and national language) others language a plus. ( 1 & 2 )
