We are currently inviting enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Manager Level :

  1. Duty Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in hotel operations (Front Office/Guest Services).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good English communication, other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and in flexible shifts.
  • Proficient in PMS and basic computer applications.
  1. Executive Housekeeper

Qualifications:

  • A minimum 3 years experience in the same position in 4 or 5 star resort
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Detail and focus on resort cleanliiness and guest satifaction
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to set vision, motivate, and inspire teams under Housekeeping Department.
  • Experienced to handle all housekeeping rooms, pool and garden
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting
  • Excellence English cummunication skill

Staff Level :

  1. Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Front Office or related field is preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong service mindset with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Able to work in a team, under pressure, and in a shift schedule.
  1. Resort Concierge

Qualifications:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a hotel or resort
  • Experience as a private butler is preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong service mindset and passion for helping others
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Daily Worker:

  1. Cook Helper
  2. Steward
  3. Waiter/s
  4. Bartender/s
  5. Spa Therapist
  6. Hostess

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Well-groomed, motivated, and a dynamic team player
  • Good attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
