Bumi Cinta Bali is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team!
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative & customer relations roles (hospitality preferred).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & reservation systems (Channel Manager, OTA).
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Capable of handling petty cash responsibly.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle the check-in/check-out process.
- Manage guest reservations via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Coordinate room availability and booking confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on bookings and occupancy.
- Assist with front office coordination and respond to guest inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and retreat facilitators to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain professionalism and hospitality in all interactions.
- Available to join immediately.
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting salary: IDR 2.996.561 / month (UMK Buleleng 2025)
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
- All necessary administrative tools & equipment provided
