Guest Services Specialist
Position Overview
As a Guest Services Specialist at our luxury private villa company you will be the key point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring their stay is flawless, personalized, and unforgettable. You will coordinate all guest needs and requests, working closely with villa staff and external vendors to deliver exceptional hospitality and bespoke experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, villa management,
- or guest services preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours /weekends as needed
- Multilingual skills are a plus
