REVĪVŌ Wellness Resorts is a luxury Resort on a nestled amidst, the breezy hills of Nusa Dua in south Bali are looking for qualify candidate for vacancy as of follows:
Contract Employee:
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Expose and empower strong team leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification is a plus
- Understanding of F&B budget, profit and loss (P&L) statements and financial reports related F&B department
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems (VHP system experience will be great) and F&B management software
- Good understanding of food and beverage trends, menu planning, menu engineering, and event management
- Familiar with food and beverage operations, including front-of-house and back-ofhouse procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of years of experience in food and beverage service at luxury hotel/resort, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in 5* luxury resort (Wellness resort would be a plus)
- Excellent levels of spoken and written English
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Good attitude and high integrity.
- Attention to detail oriented.
- Proficiency in VHP system
- Ability work under pressure
- Fast learner and passionate
- Able to join immediately
