  1. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Front Office Manager to be assign at Amnaya Resort Kuta. As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing complaints effectively, and upholding our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Manage guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle guest complaints with tact and empathy, ensuring swift resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and superior guest experience.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, rates, and occupancy levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role/up level within a hotel Front Office environment for at least 8 years.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  1. Bakery Sous Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery Sous Chef to join our team. As a Bakery Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, leading the bakery team in creating and executing delicious baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in planning and creating a diverse range of baked goods and ensuring high quality and consistency.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery section, including preparation, baking, and presentation of products.
  • Train and supervise bakery staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, techniques, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of bakery supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Executive chef to develop new recipes and menu items.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Bakery Sous Chef with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Creative flair and passion for developing innovative and delicious baked goods.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to upholding high standards of quality and consistency.
