- Oversee guest check in and check out
- Attend to guest needs and stay experience
- Manage vendors for maintenance
- Oversee villa operation cost and budget
- Network with offline and online agents
Requirements
- Live closeby Ketewel prefered
- Fluent in English
- Disciplined, commited, detail oriented, good communication skills
- Prior experience as villa manager plus
- Fluent with excel, word, and OTA platforms
