Engineering Supervisor

1. Good communication skills
2. Highly motivated, energetic, and great personality
3. Service-oriented and a good team player
4. Hotel standards of operation and all engineering procedures
5. Supervise all aspects of the engineering department
6. Maintenance of all hotel buildings and services
7. Responsible for Property Operational Maintenance Energy Cost (POMEC)
8. Supervise vendors for repair and maintenance work and effectively perform vendor management.

Sous Chef

1. Minimum 2 years work in the same position
2. Strong in Asian Fusion menu and taste
3. Have significant experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high volume, environment
4. Detailed knowledge of health, safety, and product quality standards
5. Have a positive energy and attitude
6. Able to join immediately

Cook

1. Have experience in the same position
2. Good communication skills, highly motivated, energetic, and great personality
3. Service-oriented and good team player
4. Able to join immediately
