We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidate to build career with us for following positions :

SOUS CHEF

Full – Time
Location : Kuta, Lombok

  • menus
  • Make sure kitchen activity operate in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer problems and concerns quickly and personally
  • Monitor and record inventory , and if necessary, order new supplies
  • Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, foo preparation and dish plating.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standard
  • Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance
  • Adhere to implement sanitation regulations and safety regulation
  • Manage the kitchen team in the Executive Chef’s absence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 – 3 years of work experience in a kitchen leadership role
  • Must hold relevant Hygiene and sanitation certificates
  • Strong work ethic and good team work is essential as a professional attitude.
  • Strong leadership, fast learner, helps create and follow standard procedure
  • Uses initiative to solve problem and make quick decision
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both Bahasa and English (Written and Spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods.
  • Good understanding of Ms. Excel and food costing calculation
  • Able to join immediately

HEAD OF POMEC & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Full – Time
Location : Kuta, Lombok

DESCRIPTION
