REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English, Bahasa, (Russian)

Experience:

  • 2 + customer service experience
  • 2+ years of working in sales or public relations preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.

Location: Ubud, Bali

Duties:

  • answering online requests
  • answering all audio and written requests (whatsapp/Telegram)
  • assist customers in making/altering/ cancelling reservations
  • respond to emails/ requests with reservation information, confirmation and additional details
  • advise customers regarding the facilities on site, better options, promotions, available upgrades that may enhance their experience
  • answer questions regarding apartments, villas, facilities, rates, community, necessary contents, transfers
  • accurately record customer information, entering it to our CRM system
  • charge, issue invoices, make some necessary documentation for our customers
  • update the knowledge base of the company
  • actively interact with the team, by sharing the information about the customer with other departments
  • communicate reservation information to the reception
  • making sure all units are occupied and all customers are happy 🙂

General description:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Reservations Agent. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering online requests, making reservation suggestions, and booking apartments/ villas in our complex. You accurately record customer information, including payment information, and advise customers on available upgrades or specials that may enhance their experience with us.

To be successful as a Reservations Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Our ideal candidate has impeccable written manners, strong communication and customer service skills, and keen attention to detail.
