Requirements:
- A diploma or bachelor degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (1-3)
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures (1)
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team (1)
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities (1)
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations (1)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for creating effective marketing materials (2)
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media management, online advertising, email marketing and Ability to create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, and print materials (2)
- Understanding of brand development and management to maintain a consistent brand image across all communication channels (2)
- Have a deep understanding of tax regulations and financial law in Indonesia (3)
- Self-motivated and outgoing personality, enjoy working as part of a team
- Able to join immediately
