The Green Room Canggu are currently seeking professional Experienced to fill the following positions:

HRM Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage GA functions to support business activities: office management, transportation, company assets management, etc
  • Responsible in employees legal matters and regulations (such as but not to limited to industrial relations, BPJS, Employment Contract, PP)
  • Develop training materials, performance and talent management programs to help ensure employees knowledge and understand
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with the government regulations
  • Ascertain patterns of performance appraisal run in accordance with the provisions of management

HRM Qualification

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources Management
  • Experience as HRGA Manager role in hospitality at least 5 years
  • Strong working knowledge and experienced in MPP budget, recruitment strategies, KPI
  • Must be both task and people oriented
  • Deep understanding in all aspects of HR (talent acquisition, performance management, industrial relations, people development)
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
  • Strong experiences in compensation & benefit with background from organizational development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

General Qualification

  • Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Word, Power Point) (2,3)
  • Experience in health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) (2)
  • Experience in Human Resources Information System HRIS (2)
  • Experience in Accurate and Xero System (3,5)
  • Experience in making accounting journal (3,5)
  • Brevet AB is a plus point (4)
  • Proven experience minimum 1 years in the sampe position.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Establishes a friendly atmosphere of product quality
  • Work well in environment with time constraints and troubleshoot effectively
  • Time management
  • Willing to join as soon as possible
