Classified among our wide range support for clients, we run recruitment specialization through Gema Human Capital Division.
Currently we are seeking a highly-spirits & self-motivated candidates to join our team as:
- Maximize MICE business into property
- Prepare the content for printed and digital sales material
- Organize and make inspections visits during the quote
- Negotiate pricing with client and listening to their needs and presenting ideas or solutions to their requirements
- Maintaining relationship with clients
- Responsible for all administration activities
- Coordinate with all department to ensure all the arrangement that guest needs are well prepared and served
- Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated
- Provides after-sale service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
- Event management experience skill and background is a must.
- 1-year relevant experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in any discipline.
- Great communication and presentation skill.
- Ability to perform good teamwork and individual.
- Male / Female max 27 years old.
- Fluent in English will be advantage.
