Restaurant Manager Wanted!
We are currently seeking for an experienced & qualified restaurant manager to manage day to day activities.
You’ll be the first in command in the facilities & will manage, maintain and improve the restaurant standard to ensure guest satisfaction & great working environment.
- Female, maximum 35 years old
- Great communication skills
- Proven work experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on the same field
- Strong leadership, motivational & people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Coordinate daily front of the house & back of the house restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service & maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently & accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality & research new vendor
- Appraise staff performance & provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations
- Control operational costs & identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, & annual revenues and expenses
- Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices
- Maintain the standard restaurant presentation
- Implement policies & protocol that will maintain future restaurant operations
