To reinforce its teams, we are seeking for several position to support and assist the organization and the managing director in reaching and achieving the assigned goals and high standards expected.
- RESTAURANT MANAGER
RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant, operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls, managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a high service standard.
- Responsible for processing transactions into POS system (Lightspeed).
- Greeting and serving customers, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties in fast-paced environments.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in western/fine dining restaurant (All)
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge (All)
- Fluent in conversation in English & Bahasa (All)
- High levels of energy & enthusiasm (All)
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of managing store operations; both FOH / Service and BOH / Kitchen (Manager)
- Available to work closing shifting, weekend or public holiday as needed (Cashier/Waitress)
- Demonstrated career experience in customer service management (All)
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills (Manager)
- Acute financial management skills (Manager)
- Strong computer skills (Manager)
- Flexibility to work in shifts (All)
