EVENTS SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for events, including weddings and social gatherings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and referrals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing quotes in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in event sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of event planning principles, banquet operations and catering services preferred.
