- Head of Reservation
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing reservation/call center departments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and reservation software (VHP and PowerPro).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Process-oriented person.
- Effective time management, resource allocation, and staff management skills.
- Proficiency in English (a must) and Mandarin (a bonus).
- Software Engineer
- Experience with ReactJS and NodeJS minimum 4 years
- Experience with Laravel or Ruby is a plus
- Development experience in UI frameworks (ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML, Java Script, HTML5, JSP, Ajax)
- Experience writing unit tests
- Experience with DevOps tools
- E-Commerce Manager
- of 2 years of working experience in Online Travel Agent companies
- Relevant experiences in sales, account management, or business development areas
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute effective online sales and customer engagement strategies
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Solid interpersonal skills as shown by ability to manage different stakeholders or clients
- Internal Audit
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience in an audit role
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
- Strong skills on operating MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Ability to compile detailed reports
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
- Strong time management skills.
- Reliable, firm, honest and trustworthy.
- Have integrity in carrying out their duties.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
