Job Description

To handle the overall management by setting the direction and the pace at which the team moves. Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to their operations. They are expert trainers who can train other people to become expert trainers. Managers are the owners of the business unit. They exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and behavior.

Requirements :

  • Indonesian and Expatriates are welcome to apply
  • Graduate in hotel management/business management with good English communication skill
  • Having a managerial level experience minimum 5 Years
  • A self-motivated fast learner
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook and excel is a must)
  • Good understanding of numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer facing roles & Managerial level
  • An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
  • The ability to impart knowledge and create and train others within the organization
