Cibo!, an Italian Restaurant situated in CANGGU seeking for motivated individual for the position of :

  1. Restaurant Manager
  2. Shift Supervisor
  3. Restaurant Cashier
  4. Cook Helper

Job description :

  1. Restaurant Manager
  • Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
  • Analyze and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
  • Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
  • Accountable for labor and F&B costing matters including inventory control and conducting monthly stock
  • Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Ensure the strict compliance by all service and kitchen staff to company’s standard operating procedures
  • Upselling
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
  1. Shift Supervisor
  • Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food & cash control and sales
  • Provide effective leadership to the food and beverage teams to ensure targets are met
  • Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Respond to customer complaints.
  • Meet and greet customers and organize table reservations
  • Conduct orientation and training & coach new trainees
  • Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties
  • Handle cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims and control
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
  1. Restaurant Cashier
  • Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to guests.
  • Acknowledge, greet customers and converse with guests who approach the cashier area of the restaurant.
  • Handle all cash transactions and calculating the change accurately.
  • Prepare proper accounting for both the daily cash receipts and cash float.
  • Be responsible for all missing checks and the cash balance of the cash register assigned
  • Maintain count and balance of bank float at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Record all matters in the log book and refer to the log book at the beginning of shift.
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
  1. Cook Helper
  • Prepping and testing food
  • Giving hand for CDP
  • Keeps the kitchen well stocked, ensuring all necessary items are on hand by making note when stock is low and ordering food and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain work area and equipment
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
