Oniria Bali is a little piece of paradise located in the middle of beautiful Pesaban nature. It is an exclusive house where we serve our guests with the highest standard to bring heaven to earth for them. An Oasis of peace in this crowded world.
Therefore, we are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic team that is passionate for a unique growth opportunity to help us to create this amazing guest experience when they stay in Oniria. A positive ‘yes can do’ mentality is a must. We are expanding the business with 4 more houses to manage. Therefore we are looking for someone that wants to grow in our organization.
Responsibility:
- Take care of the guest’s needs and requests. Provide it with the best quality and based on company standards (1) (2)
- Conducts the room check-in/outprocess in a fast and efficient manner, following all the standards (1)
- Knowledge of using the point of sale software, Property management software and any other system or software to perform the duties (1)
- In-charge as Front Desk, Housekeeping and Room service with their duties (1) (2)
- Performs all his/her duties with the sense of priority and dedication (1) (2)
- Hosts and welcomesall guests in a gracious and polite manner, and to have the ability to hold a conversation with the guest in a natural and spontaneous manner (1)
- Overseeing the smooth running of special arrangementssuch as: birthday celebration, romantic dinners, etc (1) (2)
Prerequisites:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills, with excellent grooming standards.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own.
- Comfortable communicating in English verbal and written.
- Experience similar role in the hospitality industry, 1 year
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strict attention to detail
