  1. CHIEF ENGINEERING

REQUIRED SKILLS

  11. Must be fluent in English, conversational in local language desired.
  12. Strong comprehension of building maintenance and troubleshooting.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND EDUCATION

  1. Graduate of a Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any 4-year related course.
  2. Minimum of 3-years of experience in the same position or strong track record as an Engineering Manager or Supervisor in a Hotel for at least 5-years.
  1. SALES EXECUTIVE

REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Self-motivated.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  4. High attention to detail.
  5. Ability to organise and lead complex projects.
  6. Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
  7. Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT.
  8. Secretarial skills.
  9. English to local language translation skills.
  10. Must be fluent in English and local language.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND EDUCATION

  1. Graduate of a secretarial or other related course desired.
  2. Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record in an administrative role for at least 2-years.
  3. International Hotel chain experience desired.
  1. BARTENDER

REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Self-motivated.
  2. Team player.
  3. Innovative thinking.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks consistent with business objectives.
  6. Knowledgeable of basic accounting principles.
  7. High attention to detail.
  8. Computer literate with knowledge of POS, industry related software desired.
  9. Must be fluent in English and local language.
  10. Strong sales skills.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND EDUCATION

  1. Certified bartenders license desired (or required depending on jurisdiction).
  2. TIPS training desired.
  3. Minimum of 2-years of experience in the same position.
  4. International Hotel chain experience desired.
  1. WAITER

REQUIRED SKILLS
