ASSISTANT E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role in E-Commerce or same position.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of Channel Management, Revenue Analysis and Pricing
- Confident to resolve customer complaints and handle escalated inquiries effectively.
- Ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
