  • CULINARY CHEF INSTRUCTOR
  • PASTRY BAKERY CHEF INSTRUCTOR

RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Preparation of lessons and teaching aids/materials
  2. Practice excellence in teaching and instruction

Job Description:

  1. Choose an appropriate textbook, re-evaluate own record book, and evaluate course syllabi, lesson plans, handouts, methodology, examination papers, etc., and make recommendations to immediate supervisor.
  2. Inspect instructor’s record books for updating lesson subjects.
  3. Prepare complete course syllabi, lesson plan, course manual, teaching aids, and materials, etc.
  4. Prepare lectures, teach course, and begin class on time in an orderly and organized fashion.
  5. Encourage the development of innovative approaches to course design and delivery and ensure that teaching design and delivery comply with the quality and educational standards and regulations of the department.
  6. Keep up to date with current advances in both research and pedagogy
  7. Be courteous to and approachable by students, and give students counseling service and conduct tutorial sessions.
  8. Use effective motivation to help stimulate a personal desire to learn the subject/skill(s)
  9. Set examination papers

QUALIFICATION

  1. For Culinary Chef Instructor : minimum with four (4) years or more working experience in 5-star hotel or have minimum experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef; must have strong theoretical and technical culinary skills, & thorough knowledge of various Culinary items.
  2. For Pastry Chef Instructor: minimum with four (4) years or more working experience in 5-star hotel; must have strong theoretical and technical baking and pastry skills, & thorough knowledge of various pastries and baked items, as well as the ingredients used.
  3. Hospitality Practitioners.
  4. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Education or equivalent.
  5. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  6. Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  7. Full Time / Part Time Instructors Culinary Art and Restaurant Management: Experience in teaching Hospitality Skill Development Especially Culinary Art and Restaurant Management.
  8. Full Time / Part Time Instructors Hospitality and Resort Management: Experience in teaching Hospitality Skill Development Especially Operation Management of All Department (Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage).
  9. Able to Conduct a Class in English.
  10. Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Accounting Staff

Job Duties:

  1. Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
  2. Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data
  3. Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
  4. Provides accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information; converting data to general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements
  5. Receiving the goods: matching with PR (purchase request) or receipts, checking the conditions, reject/return goods, etc
  6. Inputting spoiled, lost, or breakage data based on conditions of goods in the storage

Qualification :

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and/or as receiving staff is required for this position
  3. Applicants must be willing to work in Tabanan
  4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting
  5. Full-Time position(s) available
  6. Preferably having receiving staff experience

Human Resources Manager

Qualification:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology or Law.
  2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  4. Maximum 37 years old
  5. Understand BPJS regulations, Manpower Law, Industrial Relations, and mastering about Labor Regulations
  6. Experience in preparing HR systems and policies
  7. Have strong leadership, team work, and able to do multitasking work
  8. Have good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  9. Fluent in English
  10. Excellent in using Microsoft Office programs

Chief Engineering

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)
  2. Must have at least 5 years experience in the same field
  3. Understand plumbing mechanical electrical and civil
  4. Can operate Microsoft Office
  5. Having knowledge about building maintenance systems and procedures
  6. Having the ability to identify leaks / exposures to the implementation of work or function of building equipment and take corrective action
  7. Familiar with kitchen lab machine and pastry bakery lab machine for maintenance and service
  8. Have a strong time management, problem solver, and good teamwork
  9. Ability to work within deadline and discipline in the control subordinates
  10. Should be able to organize and prioritize own work with limited supervision
  11. Innovation and strategic thinking are highly valued
  12. Willing to work at Tabanan-Bali

Position : Kitchen Captain

Requirements:

  1. 35 years old
  2. Minimum Diploma
  3. Should have a least 3 year experience as Chef De Partie
  4. Understanding about kitchen operational, food preparation, food production, etc
  5. Must possess and ability to handle multiple task and deadlines
  6. Have experience handling operational team or kitchen team
  7. Should be able to organize and prioritize own work with limited supervision
  8. Computer literacy skill (Microsoft Office)
  9. Able to work fast, precise and detail and have a high motivation to learn
  10. Excellent communication skill and analytical skill
  11. Having good attitude, discipline, willing to learn and hard worker
  12. Extrovert and outgoing personality
  13. High motivated, full initiative and can work in team

ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Job Description :

  1. Help Housekeeping Supervisor to monitoring, analysis, evaluation and continuous development from time to time for the implementation of work procedures and company regulations.
  2. Help to create and arrange schedule work for Housekeeping Departement
  3. Checking the tools that will be used in doing housekeeping task.
  4. Conduct hygiene checks at all practice sites and public areas within the scope of the Housekeeping department either before beginning practice or after practice.
  5. Ensure cleanliness of practice  site and other areas within the scope of Houskeeping work to be well maintained even when not in use.

Qualification and Requirements

  1. Maximum age 35 years old
  2. Have experience working as Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor at least 2 years
  3. Must possess and ability to handle multiple task and deadlines
  4. Should be able to organize and prioritize own work with limited supervision
  5. Computer literacy skill (Ms. Office)
  6. Able to work fast, precise and detail and have a high motivation to learn
  7. Concern to detail, have a good ethics, honest and responsible.
  8. Can work together in team
  9. Willing to be overtime when needed.
