Nandini Jungle Resort and Spa Bali are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated worker to join our growing team:

Qualification:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Equivalent ( 1,2,3 )
  2. Minimum has Experience at least 2 year(s) in related position ( 1,2,3,4 )
  3. Well Groomed ( 1,2,3,4 )
  4. Must be able to communicate interpersonal, and customer service skills both spoken or written in English ( 1,2,3 )
  5. Able to work as a team and under pressure ( 1,2,3,4 )
  6. Familiar with VHP System ( Is a must )
  7. Good personality, Honest, Highly Motivated person with a good attitude (1,2,3,4 )
  8. Able to drive a Car and has Driver License type A ( 2)
  9. Able to perform Balinese Massage and any other massage. ( 3 )
  10. Able to do Manicure and Pedicure. ( 3 )
  11. Able to do facial and waxing is a plus. ( 3 )
  12. Ensure outstanding customer care at all times. ( 1,2,3 )
  13. Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous at all times. ( 1,2,3 )
  14. Able to join immediately ( 1,2,3,4 )

Job Description:

  1. Guest Relationship Officer
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints
  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to Front Office Supervisor when needed
  • Record information in the logbook daily
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
  1. Front Office ( Male ) :
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival
  • Provide information about our Hotel Facilities, Room Facilities, Activities Arounds
  • Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  1. Spa Therapist ( Female ) :
  • Delivering various spa services like body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure in a safe and comfortable manner.
  • Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products.
  • Cooperating with fellow staff and reporting administration about any arising issues.
  • Applying best practices and be up-to-date with market trends.
  • Keeping a clean and stocked room.
  • Upholding hygiene standards and following health and safety regulations.
  • Acknowledging relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations.
  • Documentation and maintenance of clients’ files.
  • Suggesting and promoting retail products and additional services.
  1. Engineering Staff
  • Making plans using detailed drawings
  • Preparing estimates and budgets
  • Creating accurate project specifications
  • Designing engineering experiments
  • Creating technical reports for customers
  • Completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues
  • Finishing projects on time and within budget
  • Communicating with clients and coworkers about analysis results
