FULL-TIME WORDPRESS WEBDEVELOPER
Job Description:
As a Full-time WordPress Web Developer at, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital presence through the creation and maintenance of captivating WordPress websites. Your work will contribute to attracting potential guests, providing them with essential information, and ensuring an effortless booking experience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive websites.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing and design team to conceptualize and implement website design and layout.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and templates that align with our brand identity
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility.
- Integrate booking and reservation systems
Regularly update and maintain content, images, and promotions on the websites. - Implement tracking tools, such as Google Analytics
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and maintain a consistent look across various devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest web development trends, best practices, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a WordPress Web Developer, with a portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Extensive knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.
- Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the hospitality industry or with hotel-related projects.
- Knowledge of local SEO practices to attract regional and international guests.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for web graphics.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
