VISION VILLA RESORT : Located at Jalan Pantai Masceti, Medahan, Blahbatuh, Gianyar is seeking highly talented and motivated individuals for the following position:

  1. Front Office Manager

Outcomes :

Take ownership and leadership of the team and projects assigned to you including supervising, directing, assisting and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and the resort. Assist Operations manager to achieve our goal in providing the highest professional standards of service to our guests. You will help promote a company culture that encourages team morale and performance.

Responsibilities :

  1. Supervising Front Office, GRO. Retail Shop and Lobby Greeting.
  2. Taking care of HR – such as annual leave, dp register, final letters and internal communications with the team
  3. Supervise the entire operations including human resources, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service, engineering and gardening.
  4. Supervise staff duties on a day to day basis.
  5. Effectively deal with customers, supervisors and staff while keeping the resort running smoothly.
  6. Supervise cleanliness and appearance of the resort. Manage repairs to fixtures and fittings.
  7. Manage staff training and ongoing training together with supervisor or manager.
  8. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  9. Support worker communication with the management team.
  10. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  11. Assist Operations Manager on a daily basis.

Requirement :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in hotel, business or hospitality management (or a related field).
  2. Have prior experience in a supervising or leadership position (minimum 3 years)
  3. Strong communication and motivational skills.
  4. Ability to build consensus and relationships among supervisors and employees.
  5. Excellent written and spoken English.
  6. The ability to communicate, lead a team and solve problems.
  7. Has experience in the front office, strong admin skill, good computer skills including gmail, google drive (googledoc, googlesheet) microsoft office and know about PMS (pyxis) is an advantage.
  8. Candidate has a great team spirit and is target oriented, highly motivated, energetic with a great hospitality mentality.
  9. Honest, confident, possesses an outgoing personality, can think outside of the box with igh customer service skills.
  10. Well groomed, good personality and positive attitude.
  11. Able to work in a team or individually, outgoing and self-motivated, can also conduct regular team training.
