Qualifications for Chef De Partie, are :

  1. 2 year working as a Chef De Partie or 4 years working in the Kitchen Department
  2. Minimum Diploma in the Culinary Education or equivalent
  3. Have knowledge and skills in the Western Food
  4. Have knowledge and skills in inventory and costing
  5. Have strong leadership skills
  6. Can work as team and individual
  7. Can join immediately

Qualifications for Barista Captain, are :

  1. Have knowledge, skills, passion about Coffee
  2. Have excellent experiences to operate espresso machine
  3. Have awareness about self hygiene
  4. Have 2 year experience in the Coffee Area.
  5. Fluent in the oral and written English
  6. Have strong leadership skills
  7. Can work multitasking and under pressure
  8. Can work as team member or individual
  9. Can join immediately
