Guest Service Management Program
Applications are invited for admission to the two-year post graduate diploma in:
• Guest Service Management
• Kitchen Management, commencing in July 2020
The Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development (OCLD), New Delhi, India is the wholly owned and operated corporate university of the Oberoi Group. Established in 1965, OCLD is recognized as the leading provider of hospitality education in India. The Centre prepares young individuals for managerial positions in the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
You should be between the age of 20 and maximum 25 years old. A graduate in Diploma IV/S1 for Guest Service Management and Diploma III for Kitchen Management.
You should have excelled both academically and in co-curricular activity and must possess a pleasant personality, along with leadership qualities and an excellent command of the English language. The training involves long hours of work and calls for a high degree of commitment. You should be willing to be transferred to any of the Group’s hotels.
Nature of Training
The program comprises an appropriate mix of theoretical and practical inputs at The Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development and in addition, On-The-Job training at various hotels of the Oberoi Group
On successful completion of the training program, Graduates will be posted to any of the Group’s two Five Star resorts in Bali and Lombok, as Executive with attractive salary and perquisites.
Stipend and Training
Duration A very competitive stipend is offered to the trainees during the two years’ training program at OCLD, New Delhi.
Training Cost and Working Agreement
Oberoi Resorts Indonesia will be financing the entire training and related expenses of the program. Upon successful completion of the two years’ management program, you will be required to enter into a working agreement for a minimum period of 5 (five) years.
