HHRMA Hotel Bali – Living Food Lab
We are Living Food Lab – Vegan Restaurant & Cafe in Canggu and in Abianbase are looking for candidate with following positions:
1. Senior Accountant, Located: Canggu
Prepare monthly restaurant closing report, Supervise day to day financial and accounting operations on the company’s financial reporting requirements, Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting, tax computation, cash flow and monthly estimate, cost calculating, setup price calculation, inventory report, ensure compliance with company reporting policies and local regulations and guidelines, preparing annual budget and forecast.
Requirements: Bachelor/Master degree in accounting/finance, experiences from restaurant/hospitality Company with minimum experiences 3 years, Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and cost accounting, strong analytically skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2. Head Chef, Located: Canggu
Plan, Setup and responsible to provide good quality food services as per Restaurant standard. Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities. Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings, Able to lead, organize, mentor and train kitchen team to the highest performance.
Requirements: Majoring in Food Beverage Services Management or equivalent. Having experience as Vegan Chef will be advantage. Good knowledge of healthy food, have strong interest of Vegetarian Vegan Raw food, great team player, have strong leadership, Speak English.
3. Head Barista, Located: Living Food Lab – Canggu
Have good knowledge about Beverage and Bar Product (Coffee, Tea, Smoothie, Juices, cocktail/mocktail).
Requirements: Min. high school, diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate, have a passion and minimum experience 1 year in same position, good team player and able to work under pressure.
4. Server (Waiter/Waitress), Located: Living Food Lab – Canggu (and) Living Food Lab Green School – Living Food Lab
Welcoming guests and as Restaurant Ambassador should always provide prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests. Will be one of the key influencing factors in guest satisfaction, responsible to ensure that guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets.
