- Relevant education background is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Passionate and Professional attitude
- Familiarity with reservation systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations
