Assistant F&B Manager
You will be working under F&B Service Department, responsible to Manage all departments under your supervision ensuring high standards of service and maximizing profitability, Constantly seek to identify unmet Guest’s needs and work towards developing new/improving current products and strategies to sustain our competitive advantage, Communicate effectively within the organization at all levels using the most appropriate communication method for the matter concerned, Know the hotel’s current and potential competitors.
Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of table service rules and etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tough, energetic, dynamic, detail, and inspiring.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
- Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Assistant F&B Manager.
